- The Stellenbosch Ratepayers Association (SRA) hereby appeals
against the above-mentioned decision by the Stellenbosch
Municipal Council dated 24 November 2011 on the basis that
the report submitted to Council failed to emphasise the
seriousness and legitimacy of the objections.
